Pictures taken at a TagParty™ are made available on the web and a picture CD, with higher resolution images, is provided to the TagParty host.

Pictures taken by TagParty at an event are owned and copyrighted by TagParty. TagParty hosts and any of the participants, who have signed a liability release form, are granted a non-transferable license to use these pictures. TagParty reserves the right to photograph participants for publicity purposes
